Marlow de Mardt is an Emmy Award–winning producer with over 30 years of international experience and a passion for bold, independent storytelling. In 1999, she co-founded DO Productions with Brigid Olen, launching a career that spans award-winning theatrical releases and acclaimed series in partnership with the world's leading studios and distributors including Hammarskjöld (2023), Safe House (2025), and the Netflix global hit Barbarians. Since 2012, she has focused predominantly on Scandinavian projects from Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
Her honors include multiple Cinema for Peace awards, the Crystal Award presented by Alfre Woodard, and a shared win for Best Mini-Series as an international juror in New York.
Based in Cape Town, Marlow travels the globe bringing productions to life, always chasing the next great story, wherever it takes her.

Brigid Olen is co-founder and partner at DO Productions, and a dynamic force in the independent film industry. With a career spanning a wide range of productions, she has built a portfolio of films selected for the world's most prestigious festivals including Sundance, Cannes, and TIFF, earning critical acclaim and numerous awards along the way.
Beyond producing, Brigid has helped shape the South African film industry through her service on executive committees including the Independent Producers Organization (IPO) and the Writers Guild of South Africa (WGSA), championing the rights and visibility of local talent at international forums in Los Angeles, Prague, and London. Her collaborative spirit is especially evident in the co-production of the Blinded series with Sweden's FLX, the project that led to the founding of DO Productions Malta, filmed across Sweden, Greece, Lithuania, and Slovakia.
Over her career she has worked with some of the world's most celebrated actors and directors, among them John Malkovich, Robert Downey Jr., Elle Fanning, Mads Mikkelsen, Eva Green, Robert Pattinson, and Max von Sydow.
